Streamlined Help - Update - 93% of all queries, resolved in under 6 hours

*****Update*****

The first 8 days of the new help desk have been an outrageous
success. We have now resolved 93% of all queries in under 6
hours and have a complete log of all communications all in one
place.

This means we can now service your requests much more efficiently
than when we were just using email. I will shortly ditch my
known email address as the spam coming into it is just totally
unmanageable.

Don't just use it for help requests; I have a section for general
queries, affiliates, products and suggestions.

So - if you want a quick reply - use the helpdesk!

*********************************************

Over the last few months we have been getting
exponentially more and more email requests for support,
and no one is more mindful than me, than our response
times have slipped recently.

I am pleased to be able to tell you that we have
configured a help centre for all our products at
http://help.keywordsanalyzer.com/

We are building an FAQ and Knowledgebase as well which
means that most queries will probably be answered before
you ask the question.

This should dramatically increase responsiveness.

Google Bids - Position Update

You will know that as of a week or so ago, there were
some issues around reporting of Google Bids and we
released 4.34 to address this. This has partially
solved the problem, but Google has changed its
reporting substantially reducing the number of keywords
that it is reporting data on.

This will have the effect in KA of returning a 0 value
when you know full well there is data for the keyword.
Google is returning a server message, basically saying
there is insufficient data for the keyword in question
to publish a bid - we don't actually believe this to
be the case, but what is clear, is that Google is
restricting the data.

This will be the same for all keyword research tools
that publish Google bids, as the point of data retrieval
is the same regardless of which software you are using.
We will continue to monitor and evaluate the situation
for any changes, but please understand that if KA is
not retrieving the bids, the fault is not with KA, but
Google witholding the data.
