This update fixes a problem that cropped up today with Google Campaign links
not showing properly - evidently Google have been tinkering again. This
should solve it - pick it up on the Customer Updates page.

    Hello Chris

Just a quick note to say thank you to both you & Goran for keeping your program up-to-date as Google continues to tinker with their algorithms.

What is the "official" procedure for installing the updates? Do you recommend uninstalling previous version (and saving License info) before installing the update?

I have done it both ways but I decided that I wanted to start always doing it the suggested way.

    Thanks

    Hi John,

First, always keep a copy of the registration key in a safe place, preferably a text file so no html code ends up in there by mistake.

Second, you could keep a backup directory of previous KA versions. So c:/progfiles/KA4.24 then copy the current 4.24 files into that.

Third, run the installation of the latest version and just let it overwrite the current directory and it should not need any interference at all. It should just run.

    Hope this helps,

    Regards

    Chris

Charlie - can you mail me and elaborate as to exactly what is happening; I don't think this is a parsing problem and it is not common to all users - it's working fine for us, so the problem is elsewhere.

Similar comments for anonymous and jon keel - we're not aware of any current 4.25 issues that are affecting all users; just tested myself and everything is working. So we'll have to look at these individually.

    Hi Chris
My program (v.4.25) doesn't allow me to check campaign links, campaign urls, most used words, titles, etc.
    It didn't happen before
    Regards,
    Bali
