    I have no idea what you are talking about. Who is Jim Fisher and what discount are you talking about? A link would help.

    Hi Chris

    Iv downloaded the up date 4.32.

    But as of Sunday the 28th Jan. I was getting the search numbers but no results or R/S (either stating "0" or nothing, however I was getting Google, Overture and Miva results.

    Now today Tuesday I had a go at reinstalling and now I only get the search and the rest is disabled. Can you give me a reason why this is happening (I copied and pasted my rego so that shouldnt be the problem

    I am not getting any Results or R/S either and haven't been for a month or more.

    I was having this problem with Articlebot and searches done from my browser but I found a work around which I'll explain in a minute but first I will explain what I believe is causing this problem.

    It seems that google has band my IP and serves me up a "403 Forbidden" page which says:

    "We're sorry...

    ... but your query looks similar to automated requests from a computer virus or spyware application. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now.

    We'll restore your access as quickly as possible, so try again soon. In the meantime, if you suspect that your computer or network has been infected, you might want to run a virus checker or spyware remover to make sure that your systems are free of viruses and other spurious software.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope we'll see you again on Google."

    In the google terms of service it says:

    No Automated Querying

    You may not send automated queries of any sort to Google's system without express permission in advance from Google. Note that "sending automated queries" includes, among other things:

    * using any software which sends queries to Google to determine how a website or webpage "ranks" on Google for various queries;
    * "meta-searching" Google; and
    * performing "offline" searches on Google.

    Please do not write to Google to request permission to "meta-search" Google for a research project, as such requests will not be granted.

    ***********************************

    So the solution I found works for
    Articlebot and searches I do from my browser but it still does not work for Keywords Analyzer.

    This is furstrating to say the least because this software is useless to me now and I spent good money for it and absolutely loved it when it worked.

    If I can't use this program I will have to resort to a competitors product and I have found I great one at that.

    I am holding out though in hopes that this problem will be resolved quickly!

    If you are wondering how did I find a work around for Articlebot and searches through my own browser?

    I use an Anonymizer that hides my IP.

    What a shame that it does not work for Keywords Analyzer though.

    Oh Yeah and BTW, I did install the new updates which did not help at all.

    Chris and Goran, what to do?

    Jeff

    I forgot to add that NO this is not a VIRUS or SPYWARE on my system.

    To find out more about this do a Google search for "google 403 forbidden" with quotes.

    This has happened to a lot of people that use automated querying programs.

    I've been unable to obtain Google bids for the last two days using V4.32

    I have several important campaigns on hold and this is costing money.

    There have been no replies to my emails.

    Please give some advice.

    Hi everyone - got your messages and a fix for the google bids problem will be out imminently - sorry about the delay in responding; I was out at sea all of last week doing a Yachtmaster exam - typical that Google messes around as soon as I am not here to jump on it.
